- Tourist season (school holidays and Jazz Festival) ** 430 euros /

- week Week end (2 days and 1 night for 2 persons) during low season only 120 euros One night,
- during low season only 65 euros (for 2 persons)
- ** 10% discount on 2 weeks renting or

- (*) 35% upon reservation
- Check in at 3 :00 p.m. on saturdays (for week renting),
- check out before 10 a.m. The house must be clean and in perfect order.
- A 500 euros security déposit chèque (**) will be asked at your arrival, returned to you at your departure if no damage has occured.
- Heating will have to be paid in cash at the end of your stay.
(*) By cheque or money order (**) Balance of renting and security deposit will have to be paid at your arrival when keys are given to you . Security deposit cheque will be returned at your departure after inventory if everything is in order. 40 euros will be charged if housecleaning has not been done.
